• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Help customers place an order, track an order, cancel an order, and process refunds.
• Processing payments/sales over the phone.
• Identifying if the customers are eligible for a refund based on the company’s policies.

• Calling leads a day, pre-qualifying customers or clients, and setting an appointment
• Making sales over the phone.
