• Scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, and rescheduling appointments.
• Book a car rental, and make a reservation in a hotel, vacation house, or condo.
• Communicating with the CEO and submitting daily reports.


SHOPIFY CUSTOMER SERVICE VA:

• Respond to customers via live chat, phone call, and email.
• Assist customers with product inquiries.
• Help customers place an order, track an order, cancel an order, and process refunds.
• Processing payments/sales over the phone.
• Identifying if the customers are eligible for a refund based on the company’s policies.



APPOINTMENT SETTER/SALES:

• Calling leads a day, pre-qualifying customers or clients, and setting an appointment
• Making sales over the phone.
• Handle confidential information.
• Achieve/Exceed target metrics.
