Profile Description

 I am an experienced cold caller for a Real Estate that can proudly say can generate more than 10 leads in a week. The best thing for me as a cold caller that sets me apart from other cold callers is that I love building relationships with sellers and earning their trust and being accountable in making sure that I am calling them with purpose. I was also well cold caller for a UK-based company. I was cold calling for them to introduce our site and offer our subscription and the benefit that they can get would be buying wines at a cheaper price rather than buying it in the supermarket. Additionally, I work as a Data Analyst with BBG Refund Firm. In this role, I analyze the foreclosure opening bid on Upgrade to see actual info and the mortgage balance on Propstream to identify sold properties and determine if they are good investments. This experience has developed my analytical and problem-solving skills.

However, before I explore the world of a Virtual Assistant, I have 5 years of experience working in a BPO company, I have developed strong customer service skills in assisting customers through phone, chat, and email. I have experience handling customer inquiries about billing, account issues, technical issues, and membership benefits and offering subscription deals.
