Profile Description
Since 2013, I have handled returns and escalated claims against sellers as a customer service representative, first with eBay. I handled replacements and refunds as well. After leaving my position as an Account Representative at Synchrony Bank in December 2015, I transferred to Citibank in 2017 and rose to the position of Acquisition Officer, eventually becoming a Telesales Agent within a year.
Since 2022, I have worked as an administrative virtual assistant for a real estate company that manages several franchises throughout the US.
