Profile Description

Currently, I'm working as a Direct Sales Marketing Specialist for BB and Power company in NZ. It's a B2C account, calling customers to promote our power and BB services with a full discounted service, creating BB and power application and transferring it directly to verifications manager.

Before that, I worked as a Business Development Executive for an international e- magazine focusing on Solar and Wind power. Also, during pandemic I became a Content Moderator with thorough experience in reviewing Social Media platforms for 2 years now . Reviewing user-generated contents to ensure the safety and privacy of different online platforms together with analyzing contexts making sure that online contents submitted are placed on the right categories are my expertise.

Furthermore, with my almost a decade of experience in BPO, whether you’re trying to win sales, solve customers' services issues and inquiries or to even suggest better products and solutions – I can definitely help with high accuracy in Quality!

I am always eager to learn as well as contribute to whatever task is necessary.
Furthermore, I have been an inbound customer service representative and lead generation specialist for a year before being a Sales
Expert, and that developed my basic office skills, e.g. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). On that said position, that will help me to become a good Virtual Assistant.
