Profile Description

Hi everyone! My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I used to work as an Order Screening Specialist at VISA. My main job was to mitigate fraud on online orders. This way, we could help our clients earn more by spending less on chargeback fees, refunds, and from losing their own items all at the same time. 
I also worked as an Administrative Assistant for a company in France. My main job was to generate Tableau reports, analyze them, make corrections to them, and when it was ready, I would generate them into a PowerPoint report. 
I also have experience as a Disputes and Claims Specialist and Customer Service Representative both for phones and emails for PayPal. 
I am eager to learn new things. I am teachable and it is always my goal to build a good relationship with my employer.
