-Assisting clients in making any kinds of booking for their personal, company or business travel meeting.
-Addressing client's inquiries, concerns, requests, or complaints regarding their booking, even if it's flight, hotel, train, car, bus etc. While maintaining our connection with them and to make sure that they will stay with our company.
-Ensuring the smooth process of client's booking by prepaying their flights, accommodations, other kind of transportation, and any other extras.
-Providing all the necessary information for their check-in and check-out for their convenience.
Payments and Refunds Specialist (Travel Account)
-Contacting the provider and supplier to chase the refund for our clients.
-Monitoring the flow of refund from provider to our company, so that we could process the refund back to our clients.
Customer Service Representative (Telco, TMobile account)
-Receiving phone calls from customers of USA's Telephone company.
-Making sure that all of their concerns have been heard and fixed after call, while providing a great customer service, and doing some upselling.
