I worked for an online lingerie Upgrade to see actual infore, assisting cuUpgrade to see actual infomers with their orders. Mostly answering an inquiry about shipping, promotions, subscriptions, and delivery of packages. I started as a phone agent for 1 year and was transferred to email support for 2 years. I also became a Tier 2 support for the same account. In this post, I usually answer cuUpgrade to see actual infomer's who asked for supervisors and higher support.
