Profile Description

I have experience being a Marketing associate in a local construction firm, which help me gain knowledge in terms of drafting contracts and agreements.
I have experience being a Customer Service for an e-commerce company in which we are reviewing the listings and ensuring that the listing details are correct and do not go against the policy. We also handle fraud transactions for both the seller and buyer.

As a Paralegal, I have learned how to handle and assist the client from the conveyancing process, answer queries , ensure that proper expectation has been provided, and most importantly I have learned how to gain my client's trust for them to use the company's service once again.
