We install software programs in different departments and fix hardware issues on computers. 2. 2 years and 3 months experience as a Technical Support in a BPO Company:- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone. Remote accessing users to extend support. I also had experience in using a Ticketing system/tool to make ticket documentation.3. Perform troubleshooting software and hardware issues like computers, monitors, restaurant registers, printer issues, network issues, etc. remotely (Kaseya, Ninja Remote tool, TeamViewer, and ConnectWise control)4. Advanced understanding of Basic MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel,PPT, Outlook) Also, have experience as an Admin on Microsoft 365 - managing user accounts and Microsoft Entra.5. Microsoft365 Admin, maintaining/creating user accounts, System maintenance, configurations, and ad hoc/Admin Tasks. 6. Ticket creation using CA Helpdesk and BMS Kaseya7. Experience in using the following: Pax8, Ninite Pro, Todyl, ThreatLocker, Datto Workplace, DWP.8. Resetting Routers and Access Points, as well as updating its Firmware by the use of NetGear.9.
