To give you a brief background of my resume, I been working for banking institution for almost 13 years now, I am very much proficient when it comes to bank related transactions. Im actually a Bank Operations officer for one of the popular banks here in the Philippines which its main role is supervising rank and file employees, and priviledged to handle crucial and critical transactions.
Year 2023 when I dUpgrade to see actual info to have a partime job. I was priviledged to be a Virtual Assistant for an Australian client for his Patient Financing company where i got the Admin Role.The role primarily do is to set client appointments and scheduling.I was also tasked to do meeting with the director as well.I also do data gathering thru CRM and email management using outlook software where I confirm client's appointments in it. Sometimes, I also do invoicing and phone calls for prospect clients.I also assigned to coordinate accredited clinics for the updates and for their leads.
On the other hand, I was also priviledged to do some training for the new members of the team, where its objective was to discuss and introduce the company as well as its particular services.
I believe I can be a potential hirees because I have enough knowledge for the role.I can also provide world class customer service that would give client satisfaction for every account that i would handle.
