I am a Reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper who strives to help business owners get a better grasp on their financials by having updated books, knowing their business status every month, and have confidence where their business are heading to.

I would love to help you with your accounting so you can save time and energy to do what really matters the most like growing your business and spending time with family.

Here's what I can contribute to the table:

•Set up Xero or QuickBooks Account including:
-Customized Chart of Accounts
-Upload historical transactions from bank data
-Assistance with set up of any necessary third-party integration tools

•Daily Bookkeeping which includes but not limited to the following:
-Record transactions from Bank, Credit Cards and Payment Gateways 
-Record interbank transfers
-Record any necessary adjusting entries
-Create sales invoices, bills, expenses, credit note, etc.
-Perform Bank Reconciliation
-Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records
-Review and Prepare Monthly Financial Reports such as Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement
-Other tasks needed
