I've been with BPO Company for 10 years with 2 years experience as a Team Manager. What I usually did was Assisting agents and talking to their customer which is out of their control. Support and trained the Agent to improve their performance and well-being. Also I facilitate meetings to give an update on the current Team and individual Stats as well as communicate company news. I am also doing side by side, auditing calls and coaching agents. Approving time in and out as well as overtime pays of the agent and Providing daily and weekly reports to Operations Team.
For my Customer Service Experience which also includes sales, I Explain customers about the new product and benefits. Make sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth. Creating an account of the customers and upsell products and services when providing resolutions. Explaining the billing information of the customer and assisting them on how to do it on their online management and most importantly, provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
