*Proficiency in using Google Calendar, preparing daily, weekly and monthly schedules, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining and updating the calendar

*I know how to organize files by creating folders, uploading files to folders and also share files

*Proficiency in using Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, Microsoft Excel and Slack. Assisting with project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, organizing project documentation and creating checklists and helping set priorities and break down tasks into actionable steps.

*I know how to sort emails into folders or labels, updating and organizing email contacts, prioritizing important messages, composing of emails, responding to emails and setting up automated responses for out-of-office notices

*I can help you maintain an active, engaging and professional presence in social media platforms. creating Facebook ads, Facebook automation and scheduling of contents

*I know how to design campaigns using tools like Flodesk, building email list, collecting and organizing email addresses from various sources, setting up campaigns, scheduling email campaigns and ensuring they are sent to the right segments.
