Profile Description

I have been working in Business Process Outsourcing companies for 15 years already. And have been in the title for a customer service representative. Since I have been in this industry, I have dealt with a lot of different kinds of customers/clients, so this isn't new to Upgrade to see actual info's easy for me then to communicate with others, I can also stretch my patience as it has been tested already, and understand people. I can make sure that customers will be satisfied with how I handle them, and that by the end of each assistance, they will be happy especially when I resolve their issues. Recently, I have worked as admin assistant, where I was ask to answer phone calls, respond to emails and create job orders.
