Since 2016 I am working as Medical Virtual Assistant specializing in Insurance verification in Eligibility and Benefits, And obtaining an authorization for patient procedure. I am very much familiar in different US Healthcare Insurances (Wellcare, Ambetter, BCBS, Oscar, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna and many more) and used different EMR (Practice Fusion, Dr, Chrono).
I am also familiar using Availity and Navinet to check the patient insurance and initiate authorization.
I have strong interpersonal and communication skills. I think my cheerful demeanor, personality, and my strong work ethic will combine to make me wonderful part of a team, as well as a valuable asset to the company.
