My responsibilities as an eBay virtual assistant include the following:
* Customer Service via Email in eBay
* Order Fulfillment (Shipstation, Dropified, Oberlo, manual orders in Amazon and HomeDepot)
* Cancellation and returns
* Product listing (DSM Tool, Autodstool, and manual listing in eBay)
* Product and competitor research ( Zik Analytics)
* Account Maintenance ( eBay)
* Removing defects and negative feedback
