Virtual Appraiser- I have been a virtual appraiser in Aedis appraisal for over 3 years. I am appraising some properties based in Canada, like fancy houses, acreage properties, commercial properties, waterfront properties, single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and apartments. I am excellent at searching and gathering data to be included in the report and getting the estimated value of the property based on the market demand in every city where the property is located.
In this company, I also learned how to use Regression Data Analysis to evaluate properties like single-family, townhouses, apartments, and condominiums. I also become an appointment setter to schedule the appointment time and date based on the availability of the customer or owner of the property and the availability of the licensed appraiser who personally inspects the property.
Customer Service Representative- I have experience as a customer service representative at Teleperformance Phils. for over 2 years with roles in complaints, billing, case management, business account management, and technical support. I am already handling multiple accounts, and those are Netflix, McGraw Hill Education, Bread Financial Account, and Wellcare.
Telemarketer- I have been a telemarketer for over a year for a different company. I am selling different products, like beauty products, solar panels, and health insurance. I always hit the target sales of the products that I am promoting or selling and get the highest incentives.
