- MS Teams issues/Error
- Windows Issues as a Level 1 tier support we need to make sure that we already tried all the possible trouble shooting we can do to resolve the issue and we make sure also that all the important details are complete before we escalated the ticket to the next support team. And as a Level 1 support we need to make sure that we set the expectation of our client to avoid complains and support escalation.
