I have 7 years of experience in the BPO industry. I am part of the training team where we handle several accounts from customer service and sales. Being in that industry, I am fully experienced in working on flexible schedules. I am reliable, quick to learn and I will perform your job efficiently with speed and accuracy.
I provide admin support, sales support, customer service, data entry and more.
I know how to use Microsoft word and excel. I can understand and follow instructions very well. I am always open to learning new tools if there are different tools that is required to complete the job. I am internet savvy, detail oriented and can quickly adapt to processes.
