Hi, I'm Upgrade to see actual info. At my first job, I worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at a Private Resort. My duties included greeting and entertaining guests, taking inbound calls, screening them, and forwarding them, sorting and delivering daily mail, answering basic questions and providing accurate information both in person and over the phone, scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and keeping track of office expenses and costs, among other administrative tasks. I also worked as an ESL trainer for a while. I conducted the lesson via video call, helped Japanese students learn the language and get better at it, handled various administrative tasks, tutored students one-on-one and in small groups to help with learning, and taught English conversation classes to both children and adults, mostly Japanese students but also those from other countries. I am a TEFL and TESOL Certified. Some of my skills include interpersonal communication, database management, record and information management, multitasking and time management, adaptability, empathy, active listening, Microsoft Office, detail-oriented and data entry accuracy, team player, working independently, customer service, and problem-solving.
