Data entry, Virtual Assistant, Customer or Technical Support

I had experience being a sales representative of a telemarketing company and internet company. I was able to pass the quota every month and receive an invitation to apply to a subject matter expert or service resolution team, which I did and got promoted to the said position.

I'm a technical specialist with my previous works. I work as technical support of a hosting company, cable company, and phone company. With my previous work at a hosting company, I'm helping a customer on how to create a website and how to sync their business email into a mail client. Sometimes, I help the customer to fix their website if it is within my scope of support,  I got promoted from a phone agent to a service resolution team. This is a department that handles a supervisory or escalation call.

Data Entry is my first job as an encoder. I've learned a lot of things working as a Data Entry. My main task of being a data entry specialist is to encode professional information from physical documents into a digital system.

With my previous work, I used to use excel and microsoft to submit a daily report to my corresponding supervisor.
