I have more than 20 years of experience in Training and Development, 13 years of which was gained from working with reputable companies as a regular employee. I started working as a freelance Training Consultant in 2007 until the present time, working with big companies on various training initiatives and creating solutions aligned with their developmental needs and business objectives. My job entails exploring new learning strategies and designing and implementing effective training interventions to educate, enhance, and recognize employee performance.

I graduated from college with a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Advertising major, and became a Creative Artist during my first years on the job. I created artwork and design concepts aligned with the company or client standards. As an Artist, I was able to use my creative skills and expertise in diverse disciplines, such as animation, merchandise marketing and store displays, and fabric design.
