 I will help you get quality leads and give you consistent appointments so you can increase your revenue and focus on closing your deals.

Appointment Setter
> Able to pre-qualified lead and booked 5-10 appointment each day. 
> Manage different accounts and perform follow up  to each lead to sign up for a service.
> Manage text messaging that was sent from leads.
> Booked appointment and call back request through Go High Level
> Following SOP and script naturally to book an appointment.

Client Service Representative
> Resolved and directed 30+ calls daily with goals addressing complaints and answering questions taking orders, process refunds, payment search etc. 
> Able to achieved 89-92% KPI for month to date
scorecard. 100% of Very Satisfied survey from Clients that I was able to
resolved concern.

Branch Manager / Pharmacy Assistant 
> Conducted Test exam to new employees to nurture their
knowledge about the medicines with 90-100% result of their score. Accurate Answers of patients' queries about their medications under supervision of Pharmacist.
> Efficiently Dispenses prescription products to patients.

Purchasing Assistant/Logistics Coordinator
> Highly Contributed to the operation cost of the Company by negotiating payment terms of the office supplies for 15-30 days. Able to negotiate 50% for the demurrage rate of trucking services and make sure rates for trucking services are within the budget plan.
