Logistics / Warehousing / Export Documentation/Coordinator

Oversees stock tracking, conducts cycle counts, investigates damaged goods, reconciles discrepancies, and ensures accurate inventory records and high warehousing standards. Trains users on the Warehouse Management System, resolves inventory discrepancies, manages physical and system-generated inventory report, Control production stock and inventory, oversees documentation and reporting, processes requisitions and handle communication and administrative tasks to ensure efficient production and stock control. Manage shipping and warehouse operations, negotiates freight rates.

Receives and encode delivery report and various forms. Generate and confirm re-supply and customer orders efficiently. Maintain and update documents and related systems accurately. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and abnormalities between system records and physical stock, implementing corrective measures to ensure precise inventory management and proper product distribution.

Manages export documentation, liaises with stakeholders,tracks shipments, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees compliance, documentation, and processing for both exports and imports, manages shipment schedules and delivery, liaises with government agencies, ensures accurate reporting and resolves and resolves issues to ensure smooth operations.
