I have nearly three years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, conducting interviews with numerous candidates for one of the most recognized BPO companies in my country. In addition, I have several years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, providing chat, email, ticket, and phone support. My goal has always been to exceed customer expectations by fully understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

Beyond these roles, I have also worked as a Data Entry Specialist and as an Email and Fax Receiving Assistant, showcasing my versatility and attention to detail. 

In my customer service position, I developed the ability to build strong client relationships and resolve issues efficiently, resulting in improved customer satisfaction rates. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, I assessed candidates to secure the best talent aligned with organizational objectives.
