Profile Description

I am a well-rounded Customer Service Representative with 7 years of experience. I have worked for a known and largest gaming retailer store in the United States called GameStop for more than a year. I handle email and phone support. I help customers with their questions about product specifications, order cancellations, address change requests, tracking a package, filing claims for missing packages, determining the trade-in value, and handling escalations calls.I also worked for the largest provider of cable internet access in the United States called Comcast Xfinity for more than 5 years. I was an all-around customer service representative that handles technical assistance for telephones, cable, and internet Upgrade to see actual info addition, I handle billing questions, package customization, order processes, and upselling. Late last year, I was assigned to a floor support task, where I was responsible for assisting and directing new hires as they went through the nesting process and did some administrative tasks.
Additionally, as a part-time worker for more than a month, I have experience in cold calling. I was assigned to get in touch with restaurants and retail establishments in the USA and Australia to collect information such as the name of the business's manager or owner and the type of point system they operate.
