Oversees food operation, budgeting expenses and operation costs, solve customer concerns or issues, hire/fire and train new employees. Monitors end of day reports: sales, inventory and orders supplies Develops or innovates new menu, manages social media for promoting and advertising, monitors product quality, manages salaries and wages of the staffs and staff scheduling. Processes and updates business permits.

I have assisted customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies. I ensure a balance in all transactions (including petty cash) at the end of the working period. I also mentor new employees as part of peer-to-peer mentoring program to improve efficiency of on-boarding process. I was also responsible for creating new accounts, updating accounts and monitoring insurances, remittances and membership marketing. I am very familiar of the cooperative bank fundamentals, concepts and fundamentals that guides the over-all operation and management.
