- Create and manage marketing automation in GoHighLevel (GHL), building robust funnels, workflows, and automated SMS/Email campaigns. Handle full technical setup, including SMTP configuration for email and A2P for SMS, ensuring high deliverability and compliance.

- Mentor and train junior developers, providing hands-on support, conducting technical reviews, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
