Profile Description

I am a licensed practicing Architect and a licensed Master Plumber. I can do Architectural drawing plans, Drafting in CAD, Plumbing layout design, and full Material Take-off.

My long experience in Construction site Supervision makes me capable of anticipating both Drafting and Material estimating works.

My Experience includes; Architectural Planning and drafting, Plumbing Layout design, Residential Structural drafting, Construction Site Supervision, and Material Take-off/ Estimates;

I used Special Blocks for Material Take-off (per point, linear meter, and areas in Sqmtrs & volume ) and Cavsoft Software for Plumbing/Hydraulic Take-off.

I do have an Australian and US base experience in material take-off /estimating.
