I started as a Customer and Credit Card Services officer with Teletech Customer Care Management
Then I worked as a Customer /Technical Support / Sales Representative with Convergys from January 2013 to October 2016, wherein I gained knowledge and troubleshooting skills with voiceover IP phones. I was also at the same time responsible for handling billing payments, disputes, settlements, and customer retention.
The highlight of my career was when I worked with one of Australia’s biggest insurance companies- QBE Insurance, as a property and motor claims manager, from October 2016 to August 2021. I am an experienced end-to-end claims manager responsible for making decisions on claims outcomes, interpreting policy coverages, and promptly informing the customers of acceptance/denial of their property or motor claims.
I also have strong coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and partners such as builders/building consultants, repairers, and assessors among others. I also handled the first level of disputes and identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims.
