Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. I am 30 years old, married, and we
have two kids. I lived in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines.
 
I am currently looking for a part-time job. My skills
are in customer service, appointment setting, and cold calling.
 
I have been in the BPO industry for 7 years, from 2014
to 2022. All my accounts were international accounts, such as Amazon, Comcast,
Verizon, Spectrum, and SiriusXM. So, I assure you that when it comes to
customer handling, I am one of the best at providing customer satisfaction.
 
In addition, I started my freelancing career in 2022
as an appointment setter at Team Follow-Up. We had different campaigns like
fitness and exercise, dental, mortgage, chiropractic, aesthetic beauty, and
many more to mention, but our tasks were to make sure that we called the
potential lead the Upgrade to see actual infont they came into our database, gave them an overview of
what we offered, and booked an appointment that included rescheduling,
canceling appointments, and doing SMS. The tools that we used are GHL, Eliza, Slack,
Skool, and Hubstaff.
 
Moreover, I was also a cold caller at Versatel; we
were selling health insurance in the marketplace, like Medicare and Medicaid,
with a target of 5 live transfers daily or 20 transfers weekly. The tools that
we used were Upgrade to see actual info and Skype.
 
Now, I am currently employed full-time at GAR
Disability Advocates, a law firm that is located in Florida. I am assigned to
the Fee Department, where my task is to collect an atty fee for the cases that
our Atty. has won.
