I do have a solid 5year+ background as an Education Support Specialist, basically, we do enroll our clients mainly from the United States for online trainings/education programs, managing their online accounts, resetting their passwords and security questions, doing a WebEx for a share screen session to easily assist with their issues, and getting them ready for online classes.
Also, I do currently have a full-time job from the same company as a Licensing Operations Specialist Team Lead, our task is to provide quotations from our clients for different Microsoft products that they are interested to purchase, submitting tickets, compiling and loading their contract documents, requesting Microsoft License Statements to see all of the licenses that they do currently own.
