When I worked as a Call Center Agent we used this tool to route calls and easily identify what software are we using to resolve and help customer regarding to their concern.

I worked as an account associate in a Call Center Industry for 6 months and my task is to answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails. Aside from that, I Manage and resolve customer complaints by doing research, identifying and giving effective solution to resolve the problem by using applicable software. I even sell products and place customer orders in the computer system. I Provided product and service information to customers Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

I've been using this platform since my education and I also used this to List Products, manage store account and reviewing correspondence using spreadsheets to record sales and product listed

Teaching English language to Japanese and Chinese students. Skillfully tailored teaching style in accordance with students' needs and language understanding. Developed exciting lesson plans for students based on age group, preferences and English understanding. Created effective teaching strategies for students based on individuals needs to ensure learning development.

I have a very creative mind and I do love engaging myself into arts. I feed myself in effective self-learning for almost a year now to study AI or Adobe Illustrator
