Profile Description

Before working in the BPO industry, I first worked as an Assistant to the Registrar at my school as part of my on-the-job training. As an Assistant to the Registrar, I developed a diverse skill set. My responsibilities included accommodating newly enrolled students, ensuring they submitted all the necessary requirements, as this was mandatory for enrollment. I also created a database for these new students. Additionally, I was trained in telemarketing, which I really enjoyed because it allowed me to communicate with recent high school graduates who were unsure about which school to enroll in. I was able to help guide them and promote our school.Since I enjoyed telemarketing and felt comfortable speaking over the phone, I dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue a career in the BPO industry after graduating college. This is where my journey began. My very first call center job was with Amazon Customer Service, where I provided tech support for Kindle, FireTV, and FireStick. After a year in customer service, I transitioned into a role as a Content Reviewer for Online Advertisements, which I did for a rewarding four Upgrade to see actual infow, I'm excited to return to my passion—telemarketing! I look forward to the possibility of working together soon!
