I have been a technical support for sometime, and I was able to help my customer do troubleshooting when they cannot connect to their internet and I was also dispatching or booking appointments for technicians when needed. I am very much flexible whenever there are changes at work or even in company's rules I can easily adapt to it. I can also do one thing and another at same time since I can multitask.
