Profile Description

As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant for a health and
wellness company, I spent 3 years performing various tasks to guarantee customer
satisfaction. My primary responsibility was booking leads to calls via chat and
addressing customer queries and concerns. I also managed rescheduled
appointments when necessary. To ensure seamless operations, I performed data
entry using google sheets, keeping detailed records of leads and ensuring that
all details were accurate and well-organized. Additionally, I was responsible
for entering notes into our CRM, making sure that important information was
properly documented and easily accessible.

I also have work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist and I was in charge
of identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels.
