Hi there! Thanks for your interest in my profile. Allow me to properly introduce myself. My name is Josh, and I'm an expert in Sales, Business Development, E-Commerce & Customer Service. I've been in the industry for over 6+ years (all foreign companies) and according to the clients I worked with, I'm a very pleasant individual to work with due to my do-or-die attitude, and because of the great energy I bring to the table every day. The last company I worked for gave me the privilege to become a sales manager which gave me a new level of sales experience and management perspective! Because of that, I'm now even more highly confident with the skills I've accumulated over the years as I also intentionally chose the hardest path to kickstart my VA career in order to get an edge over my fellow VA competitors. So instead of focusing 5-6 years in customer service alone, which is the common path Filipino VAs take. I strategically intended to take jobs that required me to have a hybrid role and jobs that put me in high-pressure situations. I do this intently to bring myself outside my comfort zone and simply improve as much as I can, as fast as I can. 

Employers are often surprised after seeing my level of confidence and my ability to hold a conversation pretty well and casually which then often results in them challenging me and asking questions like "What's the difference between a young guy like you vs someone with more age and experience? Why should we hire someone young with only 6 years of experience, when we have applicants who are older and have 10-15 years of experience?" to which I then often reply with "The main difference is that they took 3-5 years before learning how to walk, while it only took me months to start running." This should say a lot about me and my eagerness to achieve excellence wherever my career takes me.

Responsibilities I usually do on a day-to-day basis are doing inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, appointment setting, closing, leading the team, and streamlining processes. I'm pretty comfortable in converting through any medium that is available to me like email, phone, chat, and text, and I worked with a lot of businesses in E-commerce, SaaS, and Staffing. I was awarded multiple times by my employers for being the best sales rep on our sales team, and I also possess leadership skills as well as observational skills that help me be successful and effective in any company I work for. I treat every business I'm with like it is my own business so I can give my best every day! I don't make sales with the intent of boasting and making money, but I genuinely make sales because it makes me feel sane knowing I'm able to help the guy who helps me get paid and live a comfortable life in the Philippines( It's only right, I get paid, so I enjoy making more money for the company). I'm a team player and I have never been in trouble in my life because of attitude problems. So in case you hate Filipino work dramas, you're in the right profile because you won't have any of those problems with me.
