Profile Description

I have  been promoted to increasingly responsible positions in the Call Center Industry for more than 12 years now. I served as a Customer Service Representative, Training Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert, and now a Customer Service Manager leading a group of 20-25 Customer Service Associates.

Throughout my tenure, I have been building collaborative and professional relationship with my associates, partner specialists, leaders, and stakeholders. Also, I treated every details with confidentiality.

I handled customer and partner questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner (through Jabber or MS Teams chat, phone calls, and emails).

Currently, I am a self-paced learner to several services, including travel management, calendar management, and virtual assistance. I am familiar with the following tools:
