I call leads who are interested in selling their properties. I make sure to look for strongly motivated leads so that they will be considered valid leads. I also have a quota every day, so I need to be eager and persevere more.

I assist customers with how to perform troubleshooting steps. Customer service will always be there but this is more on technicalities. You have to dig deeper on how to solve the customers issue associated to the product or service.

I deliver superb customer service. I ensure that I acknowledge the customer's issue and empathize with them. I was awarded as one of the top agents of the month.

I deal with customers who want to invest in our company but at the same time give them customer service as well. I call potential clients who are interested in making income through our product.
