My skill set includes comprehensive Amazon store management, Brand Management, Ungating, encompassing inventory, repricing, product listings optimization, customer service, and case management. I'm deeply involved in social and exclusive groups, staying updated on current trends and strategies in FBM, FBA, and eCommerce as a whole. 

Additionally, I also specialize in reactivating suspended Amazon accounts and preventive measures to avoid suspension. I employ diverse listing strategies tailored to specific goals, whether it's winning the buy box, boosting sales, or optimizing profits. 

My background includes a 4-year IT degree, ensuring a tech-savvy approach to managing websites and implementing necessary tools and software. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, I bring a well-rounded skill set to support your needs.
