Profile Description

I have 5 years of customer support experience. 

I have worked on three different industries as a Customer Support Specialist. I am proficient in most mainstream CRM tools such Zendesk, UJET, Kustomer, etc.
 
I have handled escalated cases that require deep understanding and insight of the company's policies and resolved complex concerns while maintaining the highest level of customer service possible. 

I excel at de-escalation tactics with potentially irate customers, I usually take on complex tasks as they challenge my mind to think outside the box. I work best under pressure and I am easily adaptable to ever-changing policies and workflows.
