I might need to revisit and relearn some important tools for your company and I hope training will be provided.
I might have some clarifications along the way and there's a learning curve, tools are new but a little walk-through of the whereabouts and workarounds of the project would help a lot, and eventually, I know I'll find my way around.
I have more than 10 years of combined Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Support experience for phone, email, and chat related to health care insurance, telecommunications, real estate, eCommerce - cosmetic market-related products, airline services, and pedaling devices for medical rehabilitation.
