I have been working as Virtual Assistant and a Real Estate Specialist for about 4 years and have been working clients that are based United States (Wholesaler/Investor and Realtors)
Wherein I handle the following:
-Cold Calling / Text Blast home owners to qualify if they are interested in selling
-Cold calling prospective buyers for property we have under-contract or listed in MLS
-Responsible for client’s home visit appointments,
-Follow up and nurturing leads in CRM
-Handling lead generation process and skip tracing
-Other administrative task like keeping the system files organize, training for new hired VA’s and calling town halls for documents and certification needed
I have also been a Customer Service Representative for a year and 3 months before for Satellite Radio that was also based in United States
Wherein I handle the following:
- Assisting customer managing their account
-Discussed billing inquiries and renewals
-Process and collection of payments
-Selling subscription-Basic troubleshooting assistance
