Extremely dedicated in the field of  Customer Service. Focus on treating customers well and build a strong relationship. Having worked in Customer Service has molded me to become a better person in terms of Professionalism, Patience, and People- first attitude. Excellent communicator with multi-tasking ability, Driven with interpersonal skills, and apt for learning and efficiently prioritize tasks.
When shifted to Work From Home in 2017, I've worked as an Appointment Setter/Telemarketer and Sales. Handled different campaigns namely; Medicare
Car Warranty, Loans, Diabetic Supplies, and Real Estate.
 Basically, my work experience as an Appointment Setter/ Telemarketer is credible and prideful.
Conversing with a wide variety of people every day, learning different attitudes
and personalities were significant and helpful. Skills were honed fully and never let rejections dampen and maximize time to the fullest. The most important lesson learned was "No " for an answer. You will face a lot of rejections and negativity in this role but come through it with your positive mentality.
I am also inspired and passionate in performing Collection tasks. As Collection Specialist  with the campaign of US health care focuses on unsettled hospital and medical bills delinquent accounts. Expertise in A/R collection, Insurance Claims/ and Negotiating Payment arrangement.
