I worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 2 years. With my first company/account, not only that we take in calls, but we also do chat support. I was also trained for Card Support department for both Voice and chat support. My 2nd company in the BPO is a Telecom. I was hired for the sales and billing department/support (voice account). I also used to work with a Research Company as an executive interviewer for private and government institutions from middle to upper level management I know how to multitask and I am always willing to learn and discover new things. I also did a part time job under my sister and her best friend's digital marketing business. I was tasked to do lead generation where I will create a list of companies and search for their contact details and I will compile them in an excel file or in google sheets. I also made some short blogs for them. I can work independently but I am also effective even when with a team. I am very particular with time, so you can expect me to be early or always on-time. I also don't like procrastinating. So I make sure and do my best to finish things or assigned tasks beforehand.
