Equiped with 4 years experience as a Customer Service Representative and a Total of 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS AN ECOMMERCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT and Project Manager.

I have done a lot of Virtual Assistant duties with different companies, from basic Customer Assistance to technical troubleshooting, and healthcare. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Access and Excel. I also have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

I can easily cope with new challenges, and interact effectively with people that I haven't worked with yet. I am also willing to go beyond expectations when it comes to work and being involved.
