I have eight years of experience in the BPO industry. I've worked for four BPO companies. My first job was a Customer Service/Technical representative for Intuit Upgrade to see actual info's an American business that specializes in financial software in the US that outsources their work here in the Philippines. I worked there for three years. My next job was a Collection Specialist for Unifin Upgrade to see actual info's a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) company that specializes in third-party debt collection. We would help debtors in developing payment plans to begin the recovery process and negotiating debt payments, I have worked there for eight months.I also worked as a Travel Booking Specialist for Premium Flight Club where my job is to plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services. My recent job was an Appointment Setter for NAD, an Australian account based in Drysdale Victoria, I'm calling businesses and individuals to encourage them to make appointments and have a free phone consultation with our sales Upgrade to see actual info relation to that I'm making appointments with real estate agents and offer our lead generation packages including start up cost and calling data.
