Profile Description

As a student back then, I have learned all the basic skills including the use of Microsoft Office, email management, as well as personal skills like time management, attention to detail, and making Upgrade to see actual info my first internship as an administrative intern in a government agency, I believe I developed better skills. The tasks given to me weren't only exclusive to administrative tasks. Aside from the admin tasks like data entry, handling and organizing files, I was sometimes tasked to check on inventory and on payroll as well. Technical skills I think I learned were accuracy of data entry, timeliness of report, organizational skills and file management. Since I've done this internship in a government agency, I also had interaction with a lot of clients and I picked up/improve some skills as well. This includes communication skills, how to build a rapport, customer service skills and phone etiquette.
For my second internship, my position was an audit support staff. My main task is to mainly help our audit staff when needed. I mostly was tasked to proofread documents given to me. This would include maintaining confidentiality since the documents I'm proofreading are financial information of our clients. I have also handled some administrative tasks such as handling our Facebook page and tasked to make infographics to post on our page.
During the start of pandemic, I was also employed as a customer
service representative in a BPO company.
