As a Customer Service Representative. I play a vital role in supporting different campaigns in Insurance, Mortgages and Loans. Coordinating with Insurance carriers, Mortgage Company across various platforms. 
Years, months and days passed by. I develop my skills in connecting with clients for Claims as a Travel Claims Insurance Specialist for cruise lines and airlines at AIG INSURANCE. Contacting different people remotely as an outbound loan/mortgage specialist for Solar panels that also include different company for Solar Panels in United States for GOODLEAP. Engaging with Insurance carriers and clients via email for being a customer service representative handling different type of Insurance. Lastly, handling email correspondence, responding to inquiries and organizing communication in MATIC INSURANCE.
Additionally, I am knowledgeable in technical support and application support with proficiency in call center.I believe my customer service, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities will support and drive your continued organizational success.
