Profile Description

Hi! Call me Yang. I'm a fresh graduate from the Mindanao State University- Iligan Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Filipino Literature (Panitikan).

Previously, I volunteered at different organizations like KadaKareer— an NPO that aims to bridge school-to-employment gaps. I also volunteered at my university's career center which is responsible for catering and providing career-related resources to the students. My previous volunteer internships helped me gain skills in Social Media Marketing, Content Management, most importantly soft skills like Collaboration, Leadership, Communication, Time Management, and Ownership. The last one has been part of my core values.

Drawing back to the purpose of my volunteer activities, I realized that my interest fell on exploring Learning and Development, which I believe is essential in building a competitive yet empathetic and diverse yet inclusive workforce. Hence, I'm currently investing my time in attending workshops, joining communities, taking courses, and networking with people within the field.
